DTI chief meets US business leaders

TRADE Secretary Cristina Roque has led a joint meeting with top executives from the United States to boost the country's business environment, focusing on foreign investments and enhancing the ease of doing business.

'We remain committed to reducing bureaucratic hurdles and creating a more conducive environment for your businesses,' she added.During the engagements, Roque discussed responsible mining, agribusiness, renewable energy and potential collaborations to provide small and medium enterprises with wider markets and assist them in their digital transformation.
