Shane Lowry finished off his season with a tied 3rd place finish at the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai over the weekend, taking home over €500,000 in prize money to bring his season earnings to an eye-watering total of more than €8.2 million.
Middling finishes at the Masters and RB Heritage followed before Lowry teamed up with Rory McIlroy to win the Zurich classic of New Orleans and take home over €1 million.READ MORE: Rory McIlroy wins sixth race to Dubai title with win at DP World Tour Championship The 37-year-old's fine form saw him finish inside the top-30 of the year-long FedEx Cup rankings and as a result of a fine finish at East Lake, Lowry took home almost €1.6 million in the end of season event to take his PGA Tour earnings for 2024 to €7.2 million.
