Cakes Body, a nipple cover e-commerce brand, is giving its 30 employees a full month of paid time off starting December 15th. The company, co-founded by twin sisters Taylor Capuano and Casey Sarai, prioritizes flexible schedules and ample PTO to create a better work culture.
