A renowned digital hub in Cape Town is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Looker Studio. The role entails tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering valuable insights to stakeholders.
Candidates should possess demonstrated expertise in SQL, encompassing querying, data manipulation, and aggregation, as well as practical experience in Google Looker Studio for creating reports, dashboards, and establishing data connections. Responsibilities include: - Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. - Collaborating with business users to comprehend their data requirements and translate them into effective visualizations and reports. - Contributing to the development and documentation of data quality checks and validation procedures. - Assisting with database administration tasks, such as data modeling, performance tuning, and data security. - Hands-on experience with Google Looker Studio (creating reports, dashboards, data connections). - Knowledge of scripting languages like Python for data automation. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
