A Beverly Hills mansion that replaced the longtime home of entertainer Dean Martin is coming on the market for $75 million.
The massive concrete home is about 27,500 square feet and has a modern museum-style look, said listing agent Jeff Hyland of Hilton & Hyland. It has large teak doors, a two-story atrium, a ballroom, a large dining room and dramatic water features, including a series of manmade ponds and waterfalls. There is an indoor pool as well as a 98-foot outdoor swimming pool.
