Article misses the essential issue: the price of the government bud and its quality will determine how many black market suppliers remain.

Hopefully the cost of the "black market" cannabis drops severely because the greed of the "legal" side is too expensive & many times it is DudBud with it's natural THC removed from the plant ... The government (s) have created an industry run by greed that abuses the poor ..

It'll eventually go away just like illegal alcohol sales did.
