There is still no guarantee the vaccine will work — but the company is pushing ahead with production anyway to shorten the timeline in case it does prove effective. The company has committed to mass-producing the vaccine before it has been proved effective, an unusual step designed to compress the long timeline of vaccine production.

The deal includes "a commitment to provide 400 million of them by the end of 2020," according to the statement.according to the BBC300 million of the potential vaccines are already pledged to the US and 100 million to the UK, the BBC said. If clinical trials prove the the vaccine works, the first doses could be ready by September.

Where are these vaccines being manufactured? I will NEVER buy or use anything Made in China

this will be like goebbels forcing his children to take poison.

Why are they organising distribution for a vaccine that is not even tested yet? All the monkeys they tested it on still got infected. TBH, it sounds like they already had one and this is all a charade. 5 years is normal testing period for a vaccine.

Why do governments need Bill? Or is there something you ain’t telling us... don’t know what to believe in anymore operationmockingbird

ashishchauhan It remain unclear yet if would work..honestly if it is true the big salute to Oxford people😷

So actual cost is $2.50/dose ($750M/300Mdoses). What will be the sale price then?

__MJDr It remains unclear whether the vaccine will work 🤨

It is a goodwill initiative, but a mistake. In fact, it may lead to finding vaccine later than expected! How? Well big pharma will push away alternatives that may work but they are not working on. Big money close to power always lead to corruption. I just hope that I am wrong.
