CEBU CITY, Philippines — Albeit the economic blow brought by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) crisis, the municipality of Barili is planning to bring in economic activities in the

southwestern Cebu town through infrastructure projects to modernize its livestock trade and develop its tourism activity.
