Leigh-Winters's new design includes a link to the American Postal Workers' Union's campaign page to "save the post office." A spokesperson made clear the union wasn't involved in the design, but suggested to Business Insider that she appreciated how the meme's popularity has shown the "massive support for the public Postal Service and the essential workers."
Leigh-Winters came up with the idea for the poster while chatting about the post office with her partner on Monday.
