Sky News Political Editor aclennell says income and company taxes will be a feature of next month’s federal budget.

Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says income and company taxes will be a feature of next month’s federal budget. “The government keeps saying they are the party of lower taxes,” Mr Clennell said.

“In terms of income taxes being brought forward and another push for company tax cuts. “The 2018 promise on income tax cuts have the cuts occurring out until 2024/25, well they’re probably not needed then as they are now. “It certainly makes sense for them to be brought forward.” The budget, usually released in May, has been delayed until October 6.
