Johor Baru North Deputy OCPD Supt Fariz Ammar Abdullah said the suspects used weapons such as parang, rattan cane and chairs during the fight that took place at about 10pm on Tuesday ."Meanwhile, a car and the automatic gate of a security post were also damaged during the fight," he said in a statement here Friday .
He added that police have arrested six of the men involved in the fight and are looking for six others. "Urine samples taken from the suspects showed that they tested negative for drugs," he said, adding that all suspects were aged between 21 and 36. Supt Fariz said the case was being investigated under Section 148 of the Penal Code for rioting with weapons.
