Im more afraid of my own government and corporation in my home nation gathering my data then some country half way across the world.

That explains why China refused to sell TikTok. Children of politicians, officers and executives are loopholes they wanna exploit.

I am no fan of CCP, but spying is not only exclusively China doing, how about NSA, Australian Government

'assembled mostly based on public open-source' So it's not a 'data leak' it's info that people have deliberately made publically available to the world anyway Oh just a shallow clickbait rag mag where there once used to be a quality newspaper

That's why u need to ban almost everything from China

Some IT professional advice: if you don't want people around the world to know stuff about you then don't put the info on public social media d'oh

I wonder what the Chinese are going to do with the valuable intelligence information from all those social media profiles most of which include 'orange man bad', 'this is my cat', 'bojo is Tory Nazi' etc?

Ban Huawei, ban TikTok, and implement BDS for China. EvilEmpire
