IPOH: Licensed petty traders doing business outside the Jelapang market are finally allowed to trade again.

"I am glad that we now have a proper and comfortable place to set up our stalls.

On Oct 5, Perak MCA Public Service and Complaints Bureau chief Low Guo Nan organised a discussion organised between the traders, Ipoh City Council and police personnel to allow the traders to trade as long as they followed the Covid-19 standard operating procedure .
