CBN releases guidelines for N75bn youths investment fund

The Central Bank of Nigeria has released guidelines for the implementation of the proposed N75 billion Nigerian Youth Investment Fund .

According to the statement, the major objective of the plan was to address fragmentation of youths initiatives that prevent assessment of impact. “The Federal Executive Council on July 22, approved N75 billion for the establishment of the NYIF from 2020 to 2023.

25% of this money can only go to the purpose Federal government while 50%will go into the pocket of our political leaders same way the pockets palliative that was meant for the poor masses

All I see is blah blah blah cos not even a single guideline was stated..

This people are not serious, which one is guideline ,I thought CBN has everybody's data ,why guidelines must we suffer for every thing govt want to give to the citizens. Cant we just received alert from CBN bc most people have acct no.this una wayo has no cure.

Na guidelines we dey see for days now ...

they keep dishing out funds for the sake of Youth Investment Programme while Nigerians are yet to know what becomes of 75b SURVIVAL FUND ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY PLAN that started on Sept 2020.

Believed me in Nigeria, this money may end up not fulfilling it purpose, some people will sabotage the efforts of federal government by hijacking it, crueless political will hijacked it
