EU business mission featured in 4-day virtual event

Southeast Asian construction companies, contractors, suppliers, property developers, and architects can schedule video meetings with their European counterparts during the four-day event.

However, it has also announced a Php1.1 trillion budget for public infrastructure, which is expected to support the completion of several major flagship projects under the Duterte administration’s Build, Build, Build program over the next two years. Also cited in the forecast is the construction of the Malolos-Clark Railway Project, a flagship project funded by the Asian Development Bank , which is expected to begin soon following the signing of more than US$1.7 billion worth of three civil works contracts.

Once completed, the railway system will employ 1,400 people and spur larger, indirect employment and economic benefits to local businesses and raw material suppliers and manufacturers.
