Why cant people learn how to cook at home like the ones who work from home. And carbon tax send the bill to boris he blows enough carbon out his ass

Oh don't be naive , tax is just passed on to the consumer and business will go on as usual. Subsidise the alternatives, or simply ban any foods whose production harms the environment.
