KatieMorley_ Older people meeting an unfamiliar contractor might want to have a non-senior at their side, (relative or friend), just to be sure all questions get answered, & the price given for the job is complete & fair.

KatieMorley_ They are well renowned for this sort of rip off. Overcharged me then fitted a return valve the wrong way round, so hot water pumped outside, then the whole unit fell off the wall, then required £100 upfront (waited till cheque cleared) before they would come out. 🤬🤬🤬

KatieMorley_ It should not cost more than about £3.5k - £4.5k for bathroom rebuild. Assuming no major structural alterations are involved

KatieMorley_ My mum was ripped off to the tune of £10,000. All they did was glue up panels over her tiles, her ceiling & on top of her floor & installed cheap white goods. the ceiling fell down, the toilet wasn’t fixed to the waste. There was a major leak. fought for months to get a refund

KatieMorley_ kuku27 Perhaps they are defrauded

KatieMorley_ if only. the old are rich pickings.
