Bandar Sungai Long Petty Traders Association assistant secretary Terry Gibsan Sebastian said traders were unhappy as main discussions about the move did not involve the main committee members Among the clauses that the traders have to agree to in the letter of undertaking from the council are adherence to SOP as issued by the National Security Council, state government and the local council, and willingness to accept decisions made by the licensing authorities on business operations and premises or else face immediate revocation of their licence.

With only 25 traders present out of the total 98 yesterday, Zalinda said she would accept the situation for the time being if the traders signed the letter of undertaking.
