Anna Liza Vergara has been in the hospitality industry for over two decades now, but her love for work never wavers.
This commitment to spreading the country's trademark hospitality, coupled with her passion for her profession helped bring her to where she is now: the first Filipino general manager of Sheraton Hotels. Vergara has been leading the helm of the five-star international hotel chain's operations in Manila since 2017.
"To me, my objective obviously is to be the best that I can be, to be able to break the glass ceiling, to be able to y’know, break the barrier that we put into ourselves," Vergara said.
