Rubiano issued the order upon the recommendation of Pasay City Public Market officer-in-charge Teddy Velasco in a bid to control the number of individuals doing their market chores.
Rubiano said Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday will be for those living in Barangays 41 to 67; 93 to 144; 158 to 182 and 184 to 186. The mayor reminded all those visiting the public market that they are only allowed inside the market on their scheduled dates.
