KUANTAN: A clerk's dream of starting a business fell through after he was cheated by a non-existent loan company on Facebook. Pahang Commercial Crime Investigation Department chief Supt Mohd Wazir Mohd Yusof said the 29-year-old victim claimed that he lost RM31,502 for what was said to be administrative and legal fees to secure a loan.
