President Biden’s decision to name a progressive antitrust crusader to lead the Federal Trade Commission made one thing clear: There is to be no sequel to the tech industry’s glory days during Obama’s years in the White House

He now leads a new tech group called Chamber of Progress aimed at wooing back Democrats.

Tech industry lobbyists are challenged by the new reality. Facebook Inc.’s Washington roster until recently starred one of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s most trusted former aides, Catlin O’Neill, the granddaughter of former speaker Tip O’Neill.
