US Supreme Court won't overturn ruling against business that refused service for gay weddings.

, owner of Arlene's Flowers and Gifts in Richland, Washington.

Masterpiece Cakeshop owner Jack Phillips decorates a cake inside his store in Lakewood, Colo., on March 10, 2014.Stutzman refused to provide flowers for the wedding of two longtime male customers in 2013, explaining that as a Southern Baptist, it would violate her religious beliefs and her"relationship with Jesus Christ.

After ducking the issue in the Colorado case, the U.S. Supreme Court sent Stutzman's case back for another round in the Washington courts, where she lost a second time and again appealed. The state also told the court that the florist refuses to prepare any flower arrangement for the wedding of a gay or lesbian couple, even if the arrangement is identical to one the shop’s employees would prepare for a heterosexual couple.

“It Seems Like Some Of The U.S. Supreme Court Judges Are Getting Too Old To Judge And To Make Equally Reasonable Decisions For Our Diversely Modern Generation’s Gender Equality And Voting Rights… They Are Ignorantly Tilted To The Far Right And Getting So OUT OF TOUCH. REFORM!!!”

Good. I wonder if this florist also refuses to provide flowers for couples who are remarrying after a divorce since Jesus specifically spoke against divorce? My guess is she doesn't, and neither does the baker. Jesus said that whoever is without sin should cast the first stone...

Im very 50 50 on this I believe all companies have the right to refuse any customer order BUT surely money is money we don't give over rainbow coloured money or if they get regular gay orders they be branded the gay shop so straight people won't use there service. Stumped lol

Good👍

Elämän kieroutuneisuudesta ei saa tehdä mormaaliuta .

Good … imagine the uproar , if for instance stores starting saying we’re not serving straight people ….there’d be a riot !!

Legal discrimination

No freedom of choice. No freedom.

Well evidently small businesses can refuse service to gay people. So what would be next? Black people? Wait we already did that in America. We’re going back, hey but we are making America great again!

This attitude in USA of exhibiting perverts under the human rights slogan would destroy USA for sure

By the very least people should be equal under the law to receive public funded services like adoption.

When you are conservative it seems you cannot face reality, truth, or common sense, to say what is right

You do not have the right to force your views on other people. That's called fascism.

People have a right to refuse service due to religious beliefs

It is discriminatory in nature though You’re refusing to serve someone based on their sexual orientation- that’s discrimination This isn’t up for debate.

Money is money no gender not unless you the business person is not serous about making money stop your hypocrisy.

My daughter is gay and when, or if she marries; watch me.find a gay baker who wants my money; rather than force someone to take my money and spit in the batter it pays for.

Everyone should have the same rights.

Sir/ mam, I have been working in graphic design for the last 8 years, you can turn to my Fiber Audi for work. Link: //www.fiverr.com/miso24? Up_rollout = true

This is pure mainstreaming this case should never have come to the Supreme Court should have been thrown out of court because it is all a political manipulation

Don't be too happy yet... SC with at least 3 (prob 4) Justices want to revisit and rethink the early 90's decision that led to understanding that if anti-discrimination laws are neutrally applied, they can be enforced, including lgbt.

AJDelgado13 Good. GOP theocratic fascist segregationists shouldn't get to dehumanize minorities.

Good for them. Turn some one down is not hate. There a many many alternative bakers, etc.

The the gay people go to hell and celebrate dear service dear

They shouldn't

Bad decision

Why should they

you don’t have to agree with the message or function of people coming to your business. there’s no rule that says every customer must believe in your own private values. people are so self involved it’s unreal.

What a disgrace

Why do bigots desire to be oppressed so bad. Aw did someone make you not discriminate.

Let them stew in their bigotry. It does however back up the case for companies to ban trump

Red pepper in cake unconstitutional?
