They’ll have to find a new job, and that’s not a rosy prospect. It's easier to push back on the remote trend and fight to keep the pre-virus status quo. It’s the only way to go for me. I can’t think with a mask on — not in a classroom, a cubicle, a desk, an office, a breakroom, a conference room 🙅🏽‍♀️ It’s no mask mandate or all work remotely. I’m not conducting meetings with a mask on. Won’t happen

It would take a Person who take ' professionalism ' seriously. The employer would have to know, That Just because your in your Own ebviroment AKA HOME... That during work hours you are acting NO different then you would be at your work place. If you can, Then Why Not ?

The stakes are definitely higher. I can see ppl getting terminated by email faster, sadly.
