Nestled along the bumpy Bloomfield Track that cuts through the Daintree Rainforest, the pub has long been on the bucket-list for adventure seekers in Cape York and still boasts the signatures – dating back to the 1800s – of thirsty tin miners on the walls and ceilings."I don't want to sell it — I really love it, but I have to be realistic about it," she said.

"I love that it's not in a town — the people that come here are genuine people that like to come here to learn a little bit about the history and spend a few days."The building is still original, the floors are still original and the place still tells a story."Ms Fry, who has run the pub since 2005, said she had decided to sell because of her age.The sale includes the pub, three hectares, a caravan park and camping grounds.
