Inside the industry conference on Wednesday, NT Chief Minister Michael Gunner finished his acknowledgement of country with a promise to be "careful and caring" of Larrakia land.In his keynote address, Mr Gunner spruiked the case for investing in the NT's on- and offshore gas deposits. Mr Gallagher was joined on the conference line-up by executives from Empire Energy and Origin Energy, which say they are getting closer to investment decisions on fracking in the Beetaloo Basin.
