Kristen Noel Crawley, founder of KNC Beauty, is looking to help the next generation of BIPOC business owners with her new beauty school 💕➡️

As the founder of KNC Beauty and a Black entrepreneur, Kristen dreamed up KNC School of Beauty in a moment of reflection. “Summer 2020 was an incredibly difficult time for me in the wake of George Floyd’s death, and I found myself wrestling with how I could be of service to my community,” Kristen tells. “I thought about my younger self and the opportunities I wish I’d had growing up, which eventually led me to this concept for the KNC School of Beauty.

The program aims to help aspiring business-owners learn about the fundamentals of the beauty and fashion world from experts in the industry. “I wanted to create an inspiring space in which BIPOC women who are interested in entrepreneurship could come together and share their wealth of knowledge,” Kristen says.

Further, Revlon will select BIPOC companies in the beauty and fashion industries with exceptional business plans to win prizes. The first place winner will receive a $10,000 prize from Revlon, second place will promote their business via an IG takeover on Revlon’s page, and third place will do an IG takeover on @kncbeauty.
