“I’ve been in real estate a long time, and I’ve never seen anything like this house,” Johnston said. “It was not built to be a family home. It was meant to be a party house.”And it was. In 1996, Paul and his brother opened a strip club popular with athletes and visiting musicians, and they would frequently continue the party after-hours at Paul’s house, Johnston said.
