A national real estate company offering homes online has expanded into Alabama with two projects in and around the Birmingham area.

Century Communities, Inc. is a top 10 national homebuilder, offering new homes under the Century Communities and Century Complete brands. The company is planning two communities in North Birmingham and Rainbow City.

Century Communities announced its Century Complete brand has broken ground on two community projects - in North Birmingham and Rainbow City in nearby Etowah County.Century Complete allows buyers to quickly purchase a new home online, and is planning two single-family communities, offering open-concept layouts starting in the mid-$200,000 price range.

Kensington Gardens in Rainbow City, offering three floor plans with full-brick elevations, featuring three to four bedroom homes with two baths, two-bay garages, and up to 1,773 square feet of space.
