With the rising challenges in this sector that continue to compromise the safety of students and untimely compromise students success Fundi has embarked on engaging in robust, solution focused discussions that will assist Universities, Students and Accommodation providers to identify agile solutions that will improve the current status.
Cathy’s career in national broadcast journalism spans over ten years. She has previously hosted eNCA’s evening primetime bulletin NewsNight and eTV’s evening bulletin. Cathy also covered high profile stories including the life of Nelson Mandela and the Oscar Pistorius Murder trial. In 2009 she won the National Press Club Radio Journalist of the Year Award. In 2012, she was selected to take part in the CNN Journalism Fellowship. In 2014, Cathy was selected as a fellow for US President Barack Obama's Young African Leaders Initiative . She holds a Politics and International Relations degree from Wits university.
