The idea of safe driving in your 90+ is bad from the very beginning. Of course there are exceptions, but I think they are doubtful

The only reason to drive safe is to drive when you’re healthy. If you’re blind, deaf or limited in your abilities old person you might better avoid driving at all. No sense to drive if the gear switch lever is too far from your right hand to switch it without terrible back ache
