South Africa's six biggest network operators have launched an association that will look after the interests of the telecommunications industry.
ACT, which will look after the interests of the technology and communications sectors, was set up by South Africa's big six network providers and infrastructure licensees, Vodacom, MTN, Cell C, Rain, Telkom, and Liquid Intelligent Technologies. She said the association will assist network operators in reducing fragmentation in the industry and ensure they deliver a common message on industry-related matters.
