The local concept filled the space vacated by TGI Friday’s Front Row, which first opened in 1998 but closed in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic.
“What is unique here is the flow of the business,” Tracy Frazier, the chief operating officer of Square One Concepts, told the Business Journal. “It starts earlier in the day – by 4 o'clock we are full, by 4:30 we are on a wait and by 5 p.m. it is going pretty good. That is unusual for someplace in this industry to start as early as it does.”
“It’s not just about the 81-plus games we have at Chase Field. We have events throughout the year and this place will be packed,” Hall said. “When events take place in downtown – whether it’s a Suns game, a Mercury game or concerts – this will be packed. “When they approached about this store it was a no-brainer,” Frazier said. “We just had to figure out how to make it work in a timely fashion.”
