Jacksonville has been busy in recent years adding population and jobs as companies move or expand here.
"Jacksonville's a great market; a lot of people are coming here," Kopp told the Business Journal."We work with a lot of people that have just moved to Jacksonville." Since 2020, the acceptance of remote work has soared, and many workers now expect it. Yet not all businesses can or will allow remote work.
Not all people who want to work from home are necessarily suited to do so, Kopp said, because they might not be very tech savvy or simply don't possess the right equipment.
