The deadline for ANC branches to hold their Branch General Meetings to nominate NEC members and elect Branch Delegates to the 55th National Conference has been extended by three weeks.

The ANC logo and colours are displayed on a press conference tableSome of the delays includeresulting in the party’s systems crashing, industrial action by ANC staff and challenges with the scanner software.

The number one citizen has not been spared from power cuts, much to the amusement of delegates at the Local Government Summit, where President Cyril Ramaphosa was forced to pause his address. Mashatile says the party will still recover the lost time as nominations have been extended to the 25th of October.

ANC branches are dead. The few so called members are controlled by someone who pays them. Even their ID are kept by that someone.

What nominations nothing like it. They a just being told it's a list from NEC, they have to carry the mandate as loyal Comrades and endorse it. ANC is corrupt in everything they do, such meetings do not even last for at least two hours in all branches. Corrupt!!!
