Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty has listed the $6.9 million C7 ranch in Johnson County in Cleburne, according to a news release. The main home was designed by Austin-based Cornerstone Architects. Located at 3161 County Road 808, the 67-acre ranch offers multiple homes, a horse and riding arena, barns, horse stalls, shop areas, swimming pool, soccer field, tennis court, skeet-shooting range, private lake, airplane hanger and a grass airstrip. Built in 2017, the 4,600-square-foot main home features open areas, high ceilings, and a stone entry with code-access iron gates. The home also has a 150-year-old wood and stone contemporary exterior. The main home also features porches, a stone fireplace, an open-plan kitchen with a seating island and four bedrooms with a private bathroom.
