Will the one-two punch of remote work and a recession start killing white-collar jobs in the US? There's reason to be worried.

in the coming months, and a new approach to outsourcing that targets white-collar jobs looks almost inevitable.

For U.S. businesses, the biggest opportunity will come in the form of all-remote jobs – jobs that are completely remote and jobs where the companies have decided there’s no need to bring those jobs back to the office. And that is a big number if you have not been paying any attention. According to WFH, a research firm that is focused on work-from-home trends, a survey of 21,000 Americans in June, 30 percent are hybrid, and 55 percent are on-site full-time.
