Mr Bred Keller, Priceline took a “VIP” like a joke. My family had gone through a disgusting night in Holiday Inn express in Union City , CA. 12/25 after I had 7 days other hotels reservation with Priceline.marijuana and jumping guest mess whole night in No smoking area!

Did you talked about taking 8k from 84 year old man and now that his health declined you won't give him refund?!!! Or how about some clerk told my dad there next year what kinda BS is that... What does a 84 my dad have to do get his $

Im trying to get my refund as promised. Email sent saying I will get my refund 7-10days. Now its been a month. They keep putting me on hold. Brett Keller why?

Did he also talk about how priceline Priceline is fleecing hard working people out of there hard earned money? Just take a look at the money priceline reaps in small print fees that people over look until they call or email to question them and then can't get the money back

He said that the consumer is still 'buoyant' and that retail is still 'very strong.' Right... I go to walmart in the town I was born in it is like a third world country. They have like 27 self checkout registers open with no cash for change in them and 2 regular registers open out of 24. took me 20 minutes to get the 90 cents the machine owed me. the shelves are empty.... Except for the consumers who are furloughed government employees, subcontractors or have to work without pay. Not a lot of buoyancy in those households.
