While I've never purchased an Amazon speaker, I've purchased several Amazon Fire tablets for almost every room in my house. Alexa has changed how we live and work. From alarms and reminders to music, controlling lights and thermostat, to asking it just about anything. Gamechanger

Not sure how this is considered a failure. I use mine all the time. The Apple HomePod is what I would considers a failure.

Hard for me to call a device I use everyday a failure.

We love our Alexa smart tech. being able to turn on lights behind desks in music studio, or tell alexa to change temperature in middle of typing this post, or show front door ring camera while upstairs ... priceless.

Having to talk to devices is incredibly annoying and the novelty has completely worn off. Even Siri is pretty much pointless even though it’s baked into nearly every Apple Device. I specifically bought a non-voice Sonos speaker because Alexa was so annoying.
