As we know, Dallas is one of the top tech hubs in the country.

At the same time, we’re in a new era of work that’s far from the traditional structure we’re used to. In this new iteration of work, we must tap into options that offer freedom, flexibility, choice, and independence to relieve work-life balance stresses and focus on priorities like patient care.

The landscape is comprised of creative talent and strategic thinkers who continue to position our industry for high growth. The Dallas tech community is driving the future of everything, and we have a prime opportunity to change the world and specifically reframe the conversation around worker shortages and the workforce at large.

In addition to providing a way for the professional and patient to connect, technology can also be an avenue for the professional and facility to connect via an online marketplace. If leveraged appropriately, facilities could have access to a vast talent network of independently licensed healthcare professionals with diverse expertise and specializations to meet their unique needs in the moment.

A future-looking vision of work elevates the value of the individual and empowers the person to choose when to work, where to work, how much to work and at what rate – all decisions historically reserved for the employer in a more traditional model.
