NJ Cannabis Insider's first networking event of 2023 is Jan. 18 at Zeppelin Hall in Jersey City.

New Jersey had surpassed $100 million in recreational weed sales from July to September — nearly doubling what it had sold in the previous three months since the market opened.

The growth trend is expected to continue as the market expands. The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission also announced this month proposed rules for“New Jersey is only seeing the beginning of what is possible for cannabis” said CRC Executive Director. “We have now awarded 36 annual licenses for recreational cannabis businesses to New Jersey entrepreneurs, including 15 for dispensaries.”

As those 36 businesses prepare to open their operations, nearly 1,000 others have been granted temporary permits to sell, manufacture and grow cannabis. Amid the expansion of Garden State’s legal market, NJ Cannabis Insider will host a
