Orange Park apartments sell for $1.75 million

A 12-unit Orange Park multifamily building on a major Clay County road sold for $1.775 million, broker NAI Hallmark announced Monday.

Located at 1357 Kingsley Ave., Kingswood Apartment Homes is on 1.6 acres. The property consists of three buildings and recently received improvements to its exterior, appliances and flooring, a press release said. It was built in 1984. NAI Hallmark Vice President Luke McCann and Associate Andrew Tyrrell brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, which is Burlington-Vermont-based Kingswood Equity Partners. The firm acquired the property in February 2021 for $1.095 million, records show.

“NAI Hallmark is pleased to have represented the seller in the transaction of Kingswood Apartment Homes. The property’s central location on a major thoroughfare in the Orange Park submarket provides strong employment drivers such as HCA Florida Hospital, NAS JAX, and Cecil Commerce Center," McCann said.
