_Business As a shareholder, I would like to see concomitant reduction on taxes to pay for infrastructure that SOE should be providing. We have to pay to find our own pvt solns for govt failure, health, safety, education. SA has the highest taxes in the world as a consequence

_Business Its ironic coz South Africa's Railway system and Eskom, were originally created for the mines. its later their mandates where expanded. It makes sense for mines to assist in building these infrastructures. America's cities were funded not by a govt, but by private corporations.
