Suite 3309 at 15 Iceboat Terrace is one of the Concord Bridge Suites, Canada’s highest suspended residence. The 450 tonne, 40 metre-long structure took over 14 hours to lift into place between two residential towers. The suspended suite spans 3,696 sq. ft. across three floors. Whether through floor-to-ceiling windows or from the 668 sq. ft. rooftop terrace, sweeping views of Lake Ontario appear to the south while the city sprawls out before you to the north. Marble, hardwood, and glass feature heavily in the design of the home.
