Australia's richest and biggest pastoral companies have joined forces to bring agricultural training back to western Queensland

Local community groups and graziers say they are feeling hopeful about the future of the college facilities Managing Director of AAM Garry Edwards told the meeting the bid recognised a shared need within the industry.AAM managing director Garry Edwards spoke to more than 50 locals about a proposed tender for the former Longreach Pastoral College,

"We are saying that we're prepared to put out money where out mouth is and seek to secure this asset."
