Qantas has unveiled prototypes of the First and Business cabins on the A350 aircraft that will fly passengers non-stop from Australia to New York and London from late 2025. 9News

Qantas' current longest flight is the 17 hours, 20 minutes Perth to London, which has proved extremely popular.Business class seats will lie flat as usual on most airlines - but they'll be better for tall passengers at two metres long.Designer David Caon claimed passengers will feel like they're "in their own bed at home" in business or first.

Passengers will need a lot of entertainment on the ultra-long-haul journey, so the TV is 18 inches and works with Bluetooth headphones eliminating annoying wires. A glove box, a separate storage compartment with a mirror and a large dining table make up the features.While economy and premium economy seats have not yet been revealed, all passengers will be able to use a "wellbeing zone" which will be unveiled in the coming months, the airline said.Qantas said it chose to configure its 12 Airbus A350s to seat 238 passengers compared to the 300-plus seat layout specified by other carriers.
