Yeah. Right.

Of course that wouldn’t, just like President Biden wouldn’t fall going up stairs.

Easy way to solve this. If China wants TikTok in America, it should allow a majority stake by the US government, similar to its own policies for foreign ownership of things in its country.

You mean like how they said their first spy balling accidentally went off course and we just happen to find like 3 more ?! Yeah…

but they lied!

Aham…

The US has just given green light to China to ban anything that’s related to the US when is needed.

They don’t have to require anything. The CCP takes what it wants from ‘Chinese Companies’ when it wants. You’re laboring under a false narrative that ‘company’ has the same meaning there as it does elsewhere in the world.

Preposterous.

Yeah I never saw China lying before so it must be true

China Gov. feels angry because the US Gov. not only successfully cracked down on another formidable commercial rival through political methods but also successfully set up the flag of democracy and freedom simultaneously. While China only achieves the former.

No surprise that the Wall Street Journal has trouble distinguishing propaganda from journalism.

Is Facebook and Google running in China without censorship ?

Lololololol

Clarkson's Farm star Kaleb Cooper drops baby news with girlfriend

Chinese government backed up this App,which roused more suspicion

Something that is legally and usually done in USA.

Who will be hurt by a TikTok ban? It'll be TikTok's US & Japan financial backers Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), SoftBank, Sequoia, General Atlantic, and Hillhouse Capital. Plus the 150m American TikTokers. So expect CCP to care less whether or not TikTok is banned.

Social Media wars. We ban Tik Tok, they ban Facebook and Twitter. Stupid. As if we don't spy.

Never 'required' to 'illegally' 'gather'. So a request is ok. If they make it legal makes ok. If the request is not to gather but to just transfer data is also ok. Giving total access is also ok with that statement.

As an average citizen, I’m sure all governments gather data on its people, now how it’s used is a big question. For those concerned about TikTok going away, I’m sure a new app will be released 10 mins after the ban

Sure u wouldnt...wink wink. U would never steal Anerican military technology either Good 1

Like we believe you, liars.😡

China wouldn’t know the truth if it hit it in the face every day for the next 100 years.

They are liar, always lie

Yeah right.

😂

The China Foreign Ministry should examine the many reasons of mistrust between the US. It should consider its theft of IP, its behavior in the China Sea, its treatment of Taiwan and its slow strangle on Hong Kong, and its strong hand of large corporates in China.

Food for thought: we cannot even trust our own government and China’s government expect us to trust them?!?! Lol

Hey Chinese Foreign Ministry, maybe sit this one out. Not sure you weighing in on TikTok's side is going to help their cause.

China has the most comprehensive surveillance apparatus on the planet

China sees the US as an enemy. If we bow to TikTok, we're going to bow to China.

How much of the Wall Street Journal does the CCP own?

That’s Chinese propaganda. They love gathering data and intelligence. tiktokexposed tiktokbanned chinesehypocrisy

China already monitors all his citizens' texts and emails... why not monitor the U.S. as well.

The CCP expects us to just take their word for it. Now, that is just insulting our intelligence.

This is just a casualty between the diplomatic situation of the two countries
