A 59-year-old retired female civil servant fell victim to a fraudulent call from an insurance company.At first, the victim did not buy it as she had stopped her insurance in 2022 and never defaulted on her premiums.Due to fear and worry, she handed over all her bank information and was cheated of RM580,000.
