'We're still in early innings': The CIO of the first publicly traded AI-driven fund explains how investors can leverage digital technology for big gains — and shares 4 tech stocks to buy to capitalize on the AI trend

Chris Natividad, CIO of fintech firm Equbot, explained how investors can leverage AI.As artificial intelligence models such as ChatGPT illustrate the revolutionary power of AI, their potential use cases seem boundless. Even though some fields may be easier to automate than others, no space will be completely free from disruption — including investing.

According to Natividad, the technology examines over 50,000 global companies and can operate in a dozen different languages. Natividad also clarified that its abilities aren't just limited to picking up frequency and sentiment. Besides checking for real-time data, the platform also measures the historical impact of different signals on the market prices of different assets. On average, the fund rebalances two to three times a week. But while AIEQ aims to be as data-driven by AI as possible, some human oversight is still occasionally required, such as double checking data integrity and credibility.
