The Arizona-born executive admits he has really broad tastes, personally, and that's influenced the teams that get built. “I don't really pick much of the content that's on Netflix anymore. I mostly just pick the people who pick the people who pick the people who pick the content on it. So there has to be a sensibility about that.”
